AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 405.05 PERTAINING

TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FEE AMOUNTS

The Council of the City of Deephaven does ordain:

Section 1. Rate Adjustments. The Annual permit fees for the mooring of watercraft at City spaces are amended as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect as of its date of publication.
