Most regulations related to boating are found in Chapter 9 of the City Ordinances. Permits and Waiting List Information If you are on a waiting list, you no longer are required to renew your position each year. It is automatically preserved for you unless you tell us to remove it, you no longer own property in Deephaven or you have declined 2 offers for that space, at which time you will be removed from that waiting list. The City Watercraft Space Ordinance states that your permit/space will be renewed for the following year only if the required application and permit fee (s) are received or postmarked on, or before, November 15 of each year for the following boating season. Rates for the 2008 year are as follows: Docks - $750.00 Buoys - $450.00 Shore Space - $48.00/per foot Canoe Rack - $100.00 Street Ends - $175.00 B1 Slides - $262.50 B2 Slides - $175.00 Mooring Lease needs to be filed with City Hall |
