Deephaven City Hall is located in the heart of the city just off Minnetonka Boulevard at 20225 Cottagewood Road in Hennepin County. The City population is currently 3,706.

Our form of government is a Statutory City with a weak Mayor-Council plan, which means the powers of the mayor in these communities are no greater than those of any other member of the council, with the exception of the mayor's role as presiding officer at council meetings and for several minor duties. No individual council member holds specific administrative powers.

The council meets on the first and third Monday of each month.
