SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2006

1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 12:18 a.m.

PRESENT: Mayor Tom Anderson, Councilmembers Paul Skrede and Keith Kask

ABSENT: Councilmembers John Wheaton and Kim Crockett

STAFF: City Administrator Dana Young

2. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

A. Approve Canvass of Votes at the September 12, 2006 Primary Election

Motion by Councilmember Skrede to approve the Canvass of Votes at Precinct One and Precinct Two at the September 12 2006 Primary Election. Seconded by Councilmember Kask. Motion carried 3-0.

B. Discuss Final Comments on T-Mobile Lease Agreement

Motion by Mayor Anderson to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the T-Mobile Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of Deephaven. Seconded by Councilmember Kask. Motion carried 3-0.

3. ADJOURNMENT

Motion to adjourn by Councilmember Skrede, seconded by Councilmember Kask. Motion carried 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
