DEEPHAVEN CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION

MINUTES

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Mayor Paul Skrede called the meeting to order at 3:37 p.m.

PRESENT: Mayor Paul Skrede, Councilmembers Steve Adams, Kim Crockett, John Wheaton and Keith Kask

STAFF: City Administrator Young

2. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

A. Discuss St. Louis Bay Dock Plan

Mayor Skrede noted that the LMCD granted the City of Deephaven an extension until July 1, 2007 to submit a revised dock application.

The Council reviewed the proposed St. Louis Bay Dock reconfiguration plan that will be presented to the public on March 5, 2007.

B. Discuss Slide Policy

The Council reviewed the proposed Policy and B1 and B2 Slides. Further discussion was held on inviting those current slide permit holders who are in violation of the slide width requirements to the March 5, 2007 Council meeting.

3. ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
