AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 405.05 PERTAINING
TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES
The Council of the City of
Deephaven does hereby ordain:
Section 1. Rate Adjustments. The fees and numbering system within Section 405
shall be amended as follows:
405.05 Establishment of Fee Amounts. The dollar amounts of fees required by the
Code are as stated in the following table.
