AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.06 SUBD. 3

OF THE WATERCRAFT SPACE ORDINANCE

The Council of the City of Deephaven does hereby ordain:

Section 1. Section 900.06 Subd. 3 is hereby amended by deleting the following Subsection (b):

(b) Any person who had a Class A Permit for a boating season is eligible for inactive status for a minimum of the following boating season to allow another individual on the waiting list the opportunity to obtain a Class A Permit. Any individual on inactive status may request a return to active status and will be placed at the top of the waiting list for Class A Permits. An individual can remain on inactive status for a period of five consecutive boating seasons. Application for inactive status must be submitted to the City on or before April 1 of the current boating season.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect as of its date of publication.
