RESOLUTION NO. 02-07

A RESOLUTION IN APPRECIATION OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF DEEPHAVEN

WHEREAS, Jean Midthun and Charty Oliver have served the City of Deephaven with distinction as a member of the Deephaven Park Committee; and,

WHEREAS, Oliver Arrett has served the City of Deephaven with distinction as a member of the Deephaven Boat Committee; and,

WHEREAS, Jean Midthun has served on the Deephaven Park Committee since February 2001, Charty Oliver has served on the Deephaven Park Committee since February 2002 and Oliver Arrett has served on the Deephaven Boat Committee since January 1998; and,

WHEREAS, Jean Midthun, Charty Oliver and Oliver Arrett have devoted their time and talent to improving to the quality of life for the residents of Deephaven through their efforts on the Deephaven Park Committee and the Deephaven Boat Committee; and,

WHEREAS, the Mayor, City Council and Deephaven Park Committee wish to express their gratitude for their outstanding contributions to the City of Deephaven.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DEEPHAVEN THAT:

On behalf of all Deephaven residents, the Mayor and City Council hereby express their appreciation to Jean Midthun, Charty Oliver and Oliver Arrett for their outstanding contributions to the City of Deephaven and wish them each a very happy and prosperous future.

Adopted by the Council of the City of Deephaven this 3^rd day of January, 2007.
