RESOLUTION NO. 28-07

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2007 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 2008

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Deephaven, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following sum of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2008, upon taxable property in the City of Deephaven, for the following purposes:

General Fund $1,624,344

Capital Improvement Fund $ 160,000

Total levy $1,784,344

The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Adopted by the Council of the City of Deephaven this 6th day of September, 2007.
