RESOLUTION NO. 03-07
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF THE ELECTRONIC
PROPRIETARY DATABASE LICENSE AGREEMENT THROUGH 2007
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has developed electronic forms of certain data bases and an electronic proprietary geographical digitized data base hereinafter referred to as “EPDB”; and,
WHEREAS, the Deephaven City Council adopted Resolution No. 14-02 on April 1, 2002 approving a 2002 License Agreement with Hennepin County to use EPDB for the revision of certain city maps; and,
WHEREAS, the Deephaven City Council adopted Resolution No. 65-02 on December 16, 2002 extending the License Agreement through 2003; and,
WHEREAS, the Deephaven City Council adopted Resolution No. 08-04 on March 1, 2004 extending the License Agreement through 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the Deephaven City Council adopted Resolution No. 05-05 on February 7, 2005 extending the License Agreement through 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Deephaven City Council adopted Resolution No. 03-06 on February 6, 2006 extending the License Agreement through 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City of Deephaven desires to continue to use the County’s EPDB through 2007 to continue efforts to revise certain city maps.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DEEPHAVEN THAT:
The City Council of the City of Deephaven hereby authorizes the extension of the Electronic Proprietary Database License Agreement with the County of Hennepin through December 31, 2007 and assigns signature authority to City Administrator Dana H. Young.
