If you are planning any improvements to your property, it may be helpful to consult the City Zoning Map to determine the current zoning of your property. Zoning of properties will affect what may or may not be done to a specific property.  Please contact our City Planner if you have any questions, 952-474-4755.

ROAD WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

Before planning your project, please remember, road weight restrictions are in effect in Deephaven every March 1st through May 1st.  If you will be moving heavy loads or equipment, please make certain your builder or contractor is aware of the road weight limits during that time.

• CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE, WORKERS COMP FORM   This form must accompany any license or permit application (Gas Fitters License, Plumbing License, Tree License and the Sewer License)
