If you are interested in having your sewer/storm or city water utility payments automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each quarter please print & complete this form and send in to Deephaven City Hall, 20225 Cottagewood Rd., Deephaven, MN. 55331. There is no fee for this service and you may cancel at any time.

DOG LICENSE A dog license is required in Deephaven and can be purchased at City Hall for $20.00 for a 2-year license. Please be certain to provide a copy your dog's current rabies vaccination or the name and phone number of your veterinarian on your application so we can call and confirm that your dog is currently vaccinated against rabies or we cannot issue the license to you. Please make your check out to "City of Deephaven" and mail to city hall. Thank you!

PARKING PERMITS Homeowners - Every spring, around April 15th, one parking permit will be mailed to all residents who own a Deephaven home and reside in Deephaven. If you need additional permits you must complete the application and mail in to city hall being certain to list ALL license plate numbers for every parking permit you are applying for, INCLUDING the license plate number for the car you put the first permit mailed to you. (please include appropriate payment by check only). For further information and instructions please click below on "Parking Permit Information for Residents". Renters - If you rent your home, please be aware that the city does not mail parking permits to renters. If you need a parking permit please fill in the application and stop by city hall with two forms of ID showing your name and Deephaven address. (example: a drivers license and a utility bill)
These are exterior window stickers and they must be placed on the driver’s side of the vehicle as far to the rear as possible and in the lower corner. You must remove any prior years parking permits from your car. Permit-only areas include the City beaches and the Carson's Bay boat launch. If you park your vehicle in permit-only areas without a sticker, you are subject to a parking citation. If you rent your home, please contact City Hall about how to obtain a permit. If you are an owner and require additional parking permits, please call City Hall for instructions. 952-474-4755

SOUTHSHORE COMMUNITY CENTER The SouthShore Center provides a wonderful place for area residents to meet, learn and be active. The vitality of the center continues to expand after nearly 10 years. Activities, services and programs include health screening, exercise and dance classes, tax assistance and a wide range of cultural and educational opportunities from craft activities, watercolor classes, history lectures, bridge, to book discussions groups. The SouthShore Community Center principally serves the residents of Deephaven, Tonka Bay, Greenwood, Excelsior and Shorewood. This facility was built with support from the five cities and community contributions. Need an event facility? SouthShore Community Center is the best kept secret in the Lake Minnetonka area.
