Resident's Guide
_______________________________________________________________ Note - Rental Properties: - Rental Property & Utility and Garbage Payments If you are currently renting your home, please be aware that the Deephaven City Code requires all delinquent water, sewer and garbage/recycling bills to be assessed to the property owner. It can come as an unpleasant surprise to a property owner to learn that an assessment will be placed against their property because their renter hasn’t been paying their quarterly utility or garbage bills. If you are renting your home, we strongly recommend that you take into account the fact that the property owner is ultimately responsible for payment of utility and garbage bills. In addition, if you are a property owner and choose to rent out your home, please be certain to contact city hall to provide your forwarding address and contact phone numbers, so that we may contact you in regards to your property if needed. _______________________________________________________________ AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PROGRAM (ACH) for payment of city sewer/storm and city water utility bills This service is FREE and you may cancel at any time. Auto Pay offers convenience and peace of mind! Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account each quarter the week prior to your bill's due date. If you are interested in having your sewer/storm or city water utility payments automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each quarter please print & complete this form and send in to Deephaven City Hall, 20225 Cottagewood Rd., Deephaven, MN. 55331.
